Rail Working Group
Howard Rosen is Chairman of the Rail Working Group (RWG), with Howard Rosen Solicitors hosting and managing the organization.

Acts as a forum for consideration of the practical aspects of the operation of the Luxembourg Rail Protocol by the rail industry
Its key task is to ensure that the Luxembourg Rail Protocol is brought into force in as many countries as possible as quickly as possible, while ensuring that the operation of the Protocol does not lose touch with the commercial realities of the rail industry.
